During law school, Sam served as Managing Editor of the Nebraska Law Review, where he honed a detail-oriented mind that is focused on finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Tim Clare

Tim is recognized throughout the region for his work in estate and business planning, estate administration, and entity formation. He uses his business and legal experience in working with individuals for their individual estate planning needs, along with families and closely held businesses with business and succession planning. Amber Buskness

Amber was raised in the Midwest, where she learned the importance of commitment and dedication to her community. She excelled in law school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law, earning multiple CALI Excellence Awards in Pretrial Litigation, Clinical Practice - Civil, Housing Justice Clinic, International Perspectives, and Poverty Law. Amber is an active member of the Firm's litigation practice group and is dedicated to helping clients achieve success. Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, camping, and hiking.

Kurth Brashear

Anthony Aerts

Anthony focuses his practice on estate and succession planning, real estate, probate and trust work, businesses services, and legal matters generally affecting the agricultural industry. Raised on a Nebraska grain and livestock farm, Anthony understands the meaning of hard work and importance of community and splits his time between the Firm’s Lincoln and Seward offices. He has extensive experience helping clients achieve success in complex transactions through his attention to detail and empathy in arriving at practical solutions.
