Jane Langan Mach

Jane focuses her practice on family law issues, particularly complex divorce, paternity, custody, and child support, including both trial and appellate work. Jane is a Certified Parenting Act Mediator. Jane has taught Pretrial Litigation Skills and Family Law at the University of Nebraska College of Law and has been a regular speaker at the Family Law Section's annual seminar.

Rob Keith

Rob's practice is focused on helping to resolve business and personal disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation. He was recently recognized for his mediation work through his induction into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

In addition, Rob represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including claims involving product liability, motor vehicle negligence, premise liability, and workplace injuries resulting from a third-party's negligence.

Troy Kirk

Troy serves as an attorney and advisor to businesses, business owners, organizations, and individuals, providing strategic advice, practical counsel and transactional expertise to help address issues they face. Troy's primary areas of practice include business transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and technology, and real estate. He has developed a solid reputation for his attention to detail and finding innovative solutions to complex problems.

Ramzi Hynek

Ramzi's practice focuses on estate planning, succession planning, and developing family wealth transfer plans that minimize taxation while achieving each family's unique needs and goals. She also represents individual and corporate personal representatives and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts.

Mark Hunzeker

For several decades Mark has been the "go to" attorney for real estate and land use issues in Nebraska. His vast experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including land acquisitions, zoning changes and permits,  subdivisions, covenants, condominiums, home owners associations and tax increment financing (TIF), is of significant benefit to our clients in helping them to achieve success.

Spencer Hartman

Spencer is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Agricultural Economics and graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. During undergraduate he was active in student government and the Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program.

Tim's practice is focused on helping to resolve business and personal disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His experience with jury trials has gained recognition by others culminating in his admission as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL).

Abbie DeWitte

Abbie's practice is focused on domestic relations. Prior to joining the Firm, Abbie practiced juvenile law and regularly appeared in Lancaster County's Safe and Healthy Families Court, the state's first domestic violence-centered child welfare court. Abbie understands the high conflict and emotional nature of domestic relations cases, which makes her an excellent advocate as clients navigate the challenges of the legal system.

Aden Davis

Aden's practice focuses on business services and transactions, real estate, nonprofit organizations, and estate planning. He thrived in law school earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Nonprofit Organizations and serving as secretary for the Black Law Student Association. As a Lincoln native with family ties to central Nebraska, Aden strives to help clients across the state to start, grow, and manage successful businesses.
