Rembolt Ludtke associate attorney Alex M. Lierz was recently elected to the At Large position on the Executive Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association . Lierz will serve an initial 2-year term for the Section.
“I am very excited to be more involved with the Section and to be able to work on issues important to young and new lawyers in the state,” Lierz said.
The Young Lawyers Section is comprised of lawyers who work to integrate young and new lawyers into the practice of law, encourage them to participate in the activities of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and to provide educational and social opportunities for all members of the Bar. The Section fosters excellence and professionalism in law practice.The Executive Committee elects Section officers, designates Section committees, sets annual dues and fees for the Section, and holds meetings and votes on issues affecting the Young Lawyers Section.
