Once a borrower has secured a loan from the Small Business Association (the “SBA”) under the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”), there are important things each borrower should know to help maximize the benefits of the program.

This article is based on guidance that was available from the SBA as of April 14, 2020.  We encourage all PPP applications and borrowers to monitor for updated guidance from the SBA.  The attorneys at Rembolt Ludtke are working diligently to ensure that our clients are informed and up to date on the resources available to them in response to the coronavirus pandemic.  Please reach out to one of our attorneys if you have any questions whatsoever.
