Rembolt Ludtke is pleased to announce that attorney Timothy S. Sieh has joined the Firm, bringing more than two decades of legal experience and an extensive background in some of Lincoln’s most significant real estate development and redevelopment projects.
Sieh joins Rembolt Ludtke following a distinguished career with the City of Lincoln, where he played an important legal role in major public-private development initiatives that have helped transform the city’s landscape. His work included involvement in Nebraska Innovation Campus, the Telegraph District, and the West Haymarket redevelopment—three landmark projects that have contributed significantly to Lincoln’s economic growth and revitalization.
Throughout his career, Sieh has developed extensive experience navigating the complex legal and regulatory issues associated with real estate development, including land use planning, zoning, subdivision approvals, redevelopment agreements, and tax increment financing (TIF). His experience working with municipal officials, developers, and other stakeholders provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities involved in bringing development projects from concept to completion.
