Rembolt Ludtke LLP partner Tim Clare has been selected by his peers and recognized in Best Lawyers® as 2024 Lawyer of the Year for Lincoln, Nebraska in Trusts and Estates Law.
The “Lawyer of the Year” award is given to one lawyer who receives the highest overall peer-feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Additionally, Tim has been recognized for his high caliber work in the practice areas of Administrative/Regulatory Law, Trusts and Estates, and Utilities Law.
Timis a partner in the law firm of Rembolt Ludtke LLP, where he serves as the firm’s Chairman. He practices in the areas of estate and business planning, estate administration and probate. He is a member of the Board of Regents for the University of Nebraska, representing District 1, and served as Chairman in 2013, 2019, and 2023. He is also the Vice Chairman of the West Haymarket Joint Public Agency, the 3-person agency overseeing the Pinnacle Bank Arena and the West Haymarket Development project.
Tim received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, his Masters of Business Administration Degree from Creighton University, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Creighton University School of Law. He is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, and a member of the Lincoln and Nebraska bar associations. He is recognized by both Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in the area of Trusts, Estates and Business Planning and in 2021, Best Lawyers recognized Tim as Lawyer of the Year in Trusts and Estates.
Timis a member of the Board of Directors of Union Bank & Trust Company and The Malone Center. He is also a past president of the Board for the Lincoln Chapter of Heartland Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors as well as a board member for Lincoln Children’s Museum and Cedar’s Foundation. He and his wife Amy are proud parents to five children, ages 27-34, and two grandchildren, Noah and Georgia.
