On March 7, 2019, Rembolt Ludtke Attorney Anthony Aerts , who is a member of the firm’s Agricultural Practice Group , volunteered as a representative at the Nebraska State Bar Association’s (NSBA) Sections Networking Event, hosted at the University of Nebraska College of Law . Aerts represented the NSBA’s Agriculture and Water/Natural Resources sections. In this role, Aerts chatted with current law students about a legal career in these fields, noting that, in a state like Nebraska, agricultural law essentially encompasses all areas of the civil law.Although our current Agricultural Practice Group is committed to serving Nebraska’s agricultural industry with the highest degree of competence and diligence, the size of the agricultural industry in our state, and pace at which this industry is expanding and evolving, leaves no question that Nebraska, and its rural areas in particular, could always benefit from more agricultural lawyers.
