Tara Tesmer Paulson , a partner with Rembolt Ludtke LLP, was awarded the “Rising Star Award” by the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association at its annual meeting on June 1 st in Lincoln.The NDCA’s Rising Star Award is awarded to attorneys whose primary practice is defending civil lawsuits who are “skilled in representing defendants in civil actions” and “practice law with the highest degree of professionalism and ethics.”Paulson honed her competitive skills at Augustana College, where she was a standout tennis and volleyball player. After graduating with honors from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Paulson has established herself as successful litigator advising and defending businesses, organizations, and individuals in matters involving employment law, trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, and corporate transactions.
