Rembolt Ludtke LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Rob Keith has been made a partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2026.
Rob’s practice focuses on resolving complex business and personal disputes through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He is widely recognized for his work as a neutral and is one of only eleven attorneys inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an honor reflecting his exceptional skill and reputation in mediation and arbitration.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Rob represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including matters involving product liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and workplace injuries caused by third-party negligence.
Prior to joining Rembolt Ludtke, Rob was a name partner at an Omaha-based civil litigation firm, where he tried numerous cases to verdict. He has developed a reputation as one of Nebraska’s most sought-after mediators due to his deep understanding of claim valuation and his ability to appreciate and balance the outcomes sought by all parties to a dispute.
