Rembolt Ludtke partner Mark Fahleson successfully represented a group of Lancaster County farmers and residents who opposed the construction of a 240-pad campground on farm ground near Davey, Nebraska. > With the assistance of Rembolt Ludtke, the farmers and residents presented documented and fact-based arguments against the proposal to build what would have been Lancaster County’s fourth largest community, including significant water quantity and quality issues. > A good victory for Nebraska’s most important industry— agriculture .
