Rembolt Ludtke LLP is pleased to announce that partner Tim Engler has been recognized in the 2023 Edition of Chambers USA for his work as a mediator and commercial litigator.
Engler was one of just four attorneys recognized as the top litigation mediators in Nebraska. He also was recognized as one of Nebraska’s best commercial litigators.
Engler is an experienced litigator and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), an invitation-only organization reserved to preeminent trial attorneys whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
He is also well versed as an arbitrator and mediator. Engler is one of just a handful of Nebraska lawyers admitted to the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is also a past president of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
