At its Consultation of January 16, 2019, the Nebraska Supreme Court appointed Rembolt Ludtke partner Tim Engler to serve as a member of the newly-created Civil Justice Reform Committee.
The committee, which is housed within the Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission, will analyze the civil justice system in Nebraska and consider methods for improvement. In particular, the committee will consider recommendations made by the national Conference of Chief Justices and Conference of State Court Administrators to make state justice systems more innovative and cost-effective.
The firm extends its congratulations to Tim on this honor.
