The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced that Cozad will receive a $300,000 grant from the Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program.
“This grant will have a significant impact on the residents of Cozad, as the community builds an industrial park to increase economic development in the city and surrounding area, U.S. Sen. Deb Fischer, a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, said in a press release. “The investment will help complete the groundwork for the project so that new businesses can build in this growing city.”
