Mark Fahleson successfully represented Lancaster County farmers & residents

Posted in Agriculture, Mark Fahleson

Rembolt Ludtke partner Mark Fahleson successfully represented a group of Lancaster County farmers and residents who opposed the construction of a 240-pad campground on farm ground near Davey, Nebraska.  With the assistance of Rembolt Ludtke, the farmers and residents presented documented and fact-based arguments against the proposal to build what would have been Lancaster County’s fourth largest community, including significant water quantity and quality issues.  A good victory for Nebraska’s most important industry—agriculture.
