  • Represented many clients in the purchase or sale of private businesses or their equity interests therein, including a wide range of transaction sizes and complexities and with purchase prices ranging from six to nine figures, and covering a wide range of industries including manufacturing, technology, renewable energy, marketing, real estate, medical, telecommunications and broadband, retail, banking, insurance, data, transportation, talent assessment, consulting, agriculture, private golf clubs, hospital services, restaurants, and a private college.
  • Assisted numerous clients in protecting their trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property.
  • Lead attorney of record on many active federal trademark registrations or pending applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
  • Represented dozens of clients in the acquisition or sale of commercial real estate.
  • Helped numerous clients start, govern, and reorganize their companies, and address day-to-day contractual and strategic needs.
  • Represented several telecommunications and natural gas industry clients in regulatory proceedings before the Nebraska Public Service Commission, including dozens of published cases involving change of control approval, rate change applications, formal complaints, rulemakings, and public policy proceedings.
