Ben Swanson

Ben’s practice is focused on real estate matters, including development, zoning, and land use. Ben excelled in law school, graduating with Highest Distinction and earning awards in legal analysis, writing, and research and constitutional law. Ben also served as the president of the St. Thomas More Society. After law school, Ben clerked with Hon. John R. Freudenberg on the Nebraska Supreme Court, gaining invaluable experience at the highest level of our state judicial system. Ben uses the skills learned through his education and experience to assist clients in solving problems and achieving their goals.
