Anthony Aerts

Anthony focuses his practice on estate and succession planning, real estate, probate and trust work, businesses services, and legal matters generally affecting the agricultural industry. Raised on a Nebraska grain and livestock farm, Anthony understands the meaning of hard work and importance of community and splits his time between the Firm's Lincoln and Seward offices. He has extensive experience helping clients achieve success in complex transactions through his attention to detail and empathy in arriving at practical solutions. Prior to joining the Firm, Anthony studied public policy and economics at Stanford University, worked as a policy analyst for an international law firm, lobbied at the State Capitol for the Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation, and continued to lend a hand on his family’s farm as time permitted. Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and reading, running, fishing, and traveling.”
