Paulson honed her competitive skills at Augustana College, where she was a standout tennis and volleyball player. After graduating with honors from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Paulson has established herself as successful litigator advising and defending businesses, organizations, and individuals in matters involving employment law, trade secrets, noncompetition agreements, and corporate transactions. Paulson’s tenacious and principled approach has resulted in outstanding results for the firm’s clients while earning accolades from clients and colleagues alike.
